The train journey will take approximately six hours and it will have multiple short stops along the way. The longest stop duration will be at Los Angeles' Union Train Station where the train will stop for just 15 minutes. We always recommend to our clients to purchase their food and drinks prior to boarding the train. Food in the train can be a little too pricey and not that tasty.

This quiet Californian town is easily walkable. The beach front is ideal for early morning exercise or to enjoy the lovely year round gorgeous sunsets. Santa Barbara's downtown have a main high street full of interesting shops, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, theatres... it is such a joy to wonder around the streets and do some shopping!Montecito is within Santa Barbara, just a short ten minute drive. A very exclusive residential neighbourhood home to many celebrities. We must highlight beautiful Mexican churches within Montecito worth visiting if time allows.

Walk or cycle along the beach all the way to Venice Beach, go shopping at Third Street Promenade also located on your doorstep, take a bus to Hollywood or a cab ride to Griffith Park where you can go hiking along the Hollywood Hills all the way to the famous iconic Hollywood Sign. If you decide to do this, make sure you bring lots of water with you and sun protection!
