Two evenings of lectures about Iceland’s Northern Lights with a local guide. There will be presentations and short films. Soft drinks included during the presentation.
Complimentary use of special equipment for walking in the dark in search of the Northern Lights (torches, special anti slip spikes for shoes).

Reykjavik City Tour, Blue Lagoon & Reykjanes Peninsula

9am Meet your local guide for a panoramic tour of Reykjavik.

Then, head to Reykjanes Peninsula and enjoy the wonderful scenery and fishing villages: hot springs, mountains, light houses and lava fields.

In the afternoon, you will be swimming and relaxing at the famous Blue Lagoon.

Continue your journey through Iceland's South Coast terminating at the quaint fishing village of Hella. There will be an evening Northern Lights discussion with your local guide taking place at Arhus Cabins with a chance to possibly witness the Northern Lights.

Explore Iceland's South Coast

Today you will be travelling to Eyjafjallajokul Volcano and glacier, visiting en route the Skogar folk museum of Modern Iceland and Seljalandsfoss waterfall.

Optional hike to Solheimarjokull's glacier tongue in the afternoon.

Alternatively, visit the famous Black Lava Beach at Reynisfjara and visit the sea front village of Vik.

Evening lecture and presentation about the Northern Lights with your Icelandic English speaking guide. Sorf drinks included. Opportunity to witness Northern Lights.

Golden Circle and Icelandic Horses

Visit a geothermal green house in the morning and learn about Icelandic horses.

Then, travel along the famous Golden Circle Route and visit geothermal fields with steaming geysers.

Visit Gullfoss Waterfalls, before terminating at Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and location of the ancient Viking Parliament.

Optional night cruise to look out for Northern Lights (weather permitted).
