We booked our honeymoon through Juan at All About Tailor-made Travel, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll admit, I was initially a little hesitant about booking such an important trip, especially as I hadn’t used Juan before. However, after reading the fantastic reviews and finding his price very reasonable compared with the high street companies, we decided to go ahead — and I’m so glad we did. Our honeymoon was a multi-stop trip, starting with a few nights in Nashville before heading on to Mexico, so it was far from your typical package holiday. There were multiple flights, hotels and transfers to organise, but Juan put everything together exactly around what we wanted. From the very beginning, Juan was brilliant. Everything from the flights and accommodation to the transfers went incredibly smoothly, and there wasn’t a single issue throughout the whole trip. If, like me, you’re considering booking with Juan for the first time and are unsure whether to take the plunge, I’d absolutely recommend him. Our experience was genuinely excellent from start to finish, and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in booking our next trip with him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another fantastic experience booking with this company! This was our second time enlisting Juan’s help to plan our summer vacation, and once again, he was brilliant from start to finish. We had a lot of specific requirements and quite a complicated itinerary, but Juan made the whole process feel so easy. We started our trip in Boston, before spending a fabulous week in Aruba, then headed to Florida, where we enjoyed a few days in Miami before finishing off in Orlando for some Disney magic and Universal Studios adrenaline! The hotels Juan recommended throughout the trip were great, and everything came together perfectly. It was so reassuring knowing that all the different parts of such a big trip had been organised for us. We had an absolutely amazing summer and made so many fantastic memories. We had a fantastic experience with Juan and All About Tailor-made Travel and would highly recommend them. Juan organised an incredible 10-day trip to Sri Lanka, followed by 3 days in the Maldives for my husband, our two teenage daughters, and me. From the outset, everything was taken care of seamlessly, including flights, hotel bookings, transfers, tours, and an English-speaking driver and guide. The itinerary Juan put together was thoughtful, varied, and perfectly balanced. We experienced bustling cities, beautiful temples, stunning landscapes, and an abundance of wildlife, including elephants and turtles. As we travelled around Sri Lanka and stayed in multiple locations, the logistics could have been complex, but everything ran smoothly throughout. A particular highlight was our driver, Sunil, who was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, reliable, and incredibly friendly, and by the end of the trip he genuinely felt like part of the family. Finishing our holiday in the Maldives was the perfect end to an unforgettable trip. The seaplane journey to our resort was an exciting experience in itself, and the resort was absolutely paradise. When our return seaplane was delayed and caused us to miss our connecting flight home, Juan responded immediately as we worked to arrange alternative flights, which was very reassuring. The entire holiday was exceptionally well organised, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about the details. We would not hesitate to use All About Tailor-made Travel again for future trips and would thoroughly recommend both the company and Juan to anyone looking for a personalised, stress-free travel experience.

I’d definitely recommend Juan and All About Tailor-made Travel. Everything that was organised for our trip to Japan was done well and exceeded our expectations. Juan kept in touch with us throughout the build up to our trip, offered great advice and we felt like he actually cared about us having a good time. I was a little hesitant about booking with an independent travel agent, but had no need to be. Juan was 100% trustworthy and our trip was very well organised and now being on the other side of the holiday, I should have had complete confidence in him - I would reassure others to have that. Many of the agents we’d looked at were offering trips that we over 50% more expensive - but Juan was very competitive and Japan was amazing. I would like to say a huge thank you to my travel agent, Juan, for organising such an amazing holiday for us at Grand Meliá Palacio de Isora in Tenerife. From the moment we started planning our trip, the service was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of, and the recommendations were absolutely perfect. What impressed me most was the personal touch and genuine care throughout the entire booking process. It was reassuring to know that someone was always available to answer questions and make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to their expertise and attention to detail, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our holiday without any stress. We were looking for a once in a lifetime trip for our honeymoon and I came across All About Tailor Made Travel, whom I'd actually never heard of before this. Well, what can I say? From the very first email they were nothing short of excellent. Juan communicated with us in a timely manner and responded to each of my many queries, no matter the time of day. As a travel agent should, they organised everything, from the flights and daily travel, to the many (we stayed in 6 in Sri Lanka alone) hotels and in-flight dietary requirements. We chose to go to Sri Lanka and the Maldives for a total of 16 nights (including travel days), which we thoroughly enjoyed and the travel company out in Sri Lanka that they picked were great too! We came away having had the best time. I would totally recommend All About Tailor Made Travel for your holidays, especially those special trips. My husband and I left saying we would definitely use them again! Thank you Juan, you made what could have been a stressful trip, as smooth as possible. I also want to thank you for working so tirelessly with your customers during times of uncertainty. We recently travelled to Kenya and Tanzania, booking through Juan at All About Tailor Made Travel, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Juan helped us plan an incredible itinerary, including a day in Nairobi, a three-day safari in Amboseli, and a trek partway up Mount Kilimanjaro. He took care of everything—transfers, accommodation, and even border crossings—which made the whole trip completely stress-free. From the outset, Juan was extremely helpful and responsive, and the pricing was very competitive. Most importantly, everything ran smoothly from start to finish without a single hiccup, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend All About Tailor Made Travel to anyone looking to plan a seamless and memorable trip, and we will definitely be using them again in the future. After finding “All About Tailor-made Travel Ltd “ online and exchanging emails and phone calls Juan managed to create our perfect tailored holiday to the US and Hawaii. All hotels and flights were arranged and all information was emailed with no trouble and with plenty of time before our vacation. Juan made sure that all was OK and if we need to to make any changes before hand. The holiday was so good and a great success, unfortunately as with all trips we did have a slight hiccup while in Maui, but after a short phone call back to Juan in the UK, he sorted the issue out ASAP and even managed to get us an upgrade. I have used Juan and All About Tailor-made Travel a couple of times, this trip was almost 3 weeks around Columbia and a week in Costa Rica. Juan was brilliant, after arriving in Madrid I found that my flight to Bogota had been cancelled, I got him on the phone so that he could speak to the Spanish Customer Services and everything was sorted out. Juan took the time to understand my requirements, he was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. All elements of the trip from flights (despite the cancelation) to hotels, tours and transfers went very smoothly. The guides were wonderful and the trip had the right mix of time to myself and trips arranged by Juan. Throughout Juan kept in touch ensuring I was having a great time and remained very responsive to queries.
